Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Sentencing Act 2020 (Amendment of Schedule 21) Regulations 2024.

(2)

These Regulations come into force 21 days after the day on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

(4)

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Sentencing Act 2020.
