Explanatory note

Final report on exercise of Information Centre’s functions4.

(1)

NHS England must, as soon as practicable, prepare a report on how the Information Centre has exercised its functions during the period beginning with 1st April 2022 and ending immediately before this regulation comes into force.

(2)

NHS England must—

(a)

lay a copy of the report before Parliament, and

(b)

once it has done so, send a copy of it to the Secretary of State.
