Amendment of the Terrorism Act 20009.

The Terrorism Act 20008 is amended as follows.

In section 58A after subsection (3) insert—
“(3A)
In subsection (3)(b)(i), in its application to England and Wales, the reference to 12 months is to be read as a reference to the general limit in a magistrates’ court.”.
