In articles 34(4)(a)(i), 34(6)(a)(i), 35(3)(a)(i), 35(5)(a)(i), 36(3)(a)(i) and 36(6)(a)(i) omit “England and Wales or”.

in England and Wales, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding the general limit in a magistrates’ court, or to both; or”.
