Amendment of regulation 3 (requirement on passengers to provide information)4.

Regulation 3 is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (6)(b), for “48 hours” substitute “3 days”.

In paragraph (10)—

(a)

in the words before sub-paragraph (a), for “Subject to paragraphs (11) and (12) the” substitute “The”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a), at the end insert “who is a non-category 3 arrival”;

(c)

for sub-paragraph (b) (and the semi-colon after it) substitute—

“(b)

a person described in any of the following provisions of Schedule 4—

(i)

Part 2 (transport workers);

(ii)

Part 3 (border security duties);

(iii)
