(1)
In the heading to regulation 22, after “restricted goods”, insert “and tobacco industry goods”.
(2)
In regulation 22, for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1)
A person must not directly or indirectly supply or deliver the following goods from a third country to a place in Belarus—
(a)
restricted goods;
(b)
tobacco industry goods.”
