Revocations, transitional provision consequential amendments and savings26.

(1)

The following Regulations are revoked—

(a)

the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for International Passengers) (England) Regulations 202025;

(b)

the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (England) Regulations 2020 (“the International Travel Regulations”)26; and

(c)

the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 202127.

(2)

Schedule 15 makes consequential amendments to other instruments specified in that Schedule.

(3)

Schedule 16 makes transitional provisions.

(4)

Nothing in these Regulations applies in relation to a person who arrived in England before 4.00 a.m. on 17th May 2021 (and accordingly, the regulations mentioned in paragraph (1) continue to have effect in relation to such a person).
