(1)
In this regulation a “notice” means a Coronavirus Improvement Notice, a Coronavirus Immediate Restriction Notice or a Coronavirus Restriction Notice.
(2)
A person to whom a notice is issued may appeal to a magistrates’ court against—
(a)
the notice, or
(b)
the decision on a review of that notice.
(3)
An appeal must be made—
(a)
in accordance with the Magistrates’ Courts Act 198024 and that Act applies to the proceedings, and
(b)
within the period of 28 days beginning with—
(i)
the day on which the notice is issued in the case of an appeal pursuant to paragraph (2)(a);
(ii)
the day on which the person to whom the notice was issued is notified of the decision of the review in the case of an appeal pursuant to paragraph (2)(b).
