Amendment of regulation 54 of the PMS Regulations23.
(1)
Regulation 54 of the PMS Regulations (restrictions on prescribing by medical practitioners) is amended as follows.
(2)
For “listed medicines”, at each place where it occurs (twice), substitute “listed prescription items”
.
(3)
In paragraph (3)(c)(ii), for “listed medicine” substitute “listed prescription item”
