Amendment to regulation 3B5.

In regulation 3B(1) (eligible travellers), in sub-paragraph (a), for the words from “P has not been” to the end, substitute—

“—

(i)

P has been in a category 2 country or territory, and

(ii)

P has not been in a category 3 country or territory, and”.
