Amendments to Schedule 4A5.
(1)
Part 1 of Schedule 4A3 (application of Regulations to Conference of the Parties participants) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, for sub-paragraph (2)(b) substitute—
“(b)
regulation 4 (requirement to possess notification of negative test result) applies in relation to P as if paragraph (6)(d) were omitted;”.
(3)
In paragraph 3, after sub-paragraph (9) insert—
“(9A)
Regulation 4 (requirement to possess notification of negative test result) applies in relation to P as if paragraph (6)(d) were omitted.”.
