PART 10Police and Crime Commissioner functions

Modifications to the Local Government Act 197242.

(1)

Section 86 of the Local Government Act 1972 M1 applies in relation to the Mayor with the following modification.

After section 86(1)(c), insert—

“or

(d)

ceases to be the Mayor by virtue of section 63 of the 2011 Act;”.
