Amendments to regulation 59.

Regulation 5 (requirements relating to tests)12 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a), in the opening words, omit “or an eligible category 2”;
(b)
omit sub-paragraph (e)(xxii)
(3)
Omit paragraph (4)(b).
(4)
In paragraph (6), at the end, insert—
“(j)
an eligible traveller.”.
