Consequential amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 202012.

In the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020—

(a)

in regulation 1(4ZA), after sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“(e)

the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull) Regulations 2020.”,

(b)

in regulation 5(9), after sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“(e)

regulation 5(1)(b) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull) Regulations 2020.”,

(c)

in regulation 9(9), after sub-paragraph (h), insert—
