Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Coronavirus Act 2020 (Residential Tenancies: Protection from Eviction) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020.

These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are laid.
(3)
In these Regulations, “Schedule 29” means Schedule 29 to the Coronavirus Act 2020 (residential tenancies in England and Wales: protection from eviction).
