The principal Regulations are amended as follows.

In Part 1 of Schedule A1 (exempt countries and territories), insert the following entries at the appropriate place—
“Estonia”;
“Latvia”;
“Saint Vincent and the Grenadines”;
“Slovakia”;
“Slovenia”.
