(1)

In regulation 10(9) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Leicester) Regulations 202015—

(a)

after “under” insert “these Regulations,”, and

(b)

before “are to be taken into account” insert “and the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 3) Regulations 2020”.
