Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on 31st March 2020.

Regulation 3 comes into force on 30th September 2021.

In these Regulations, “the 1981 Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 19812.
