Citation, commencement, application and interpretation1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Self-Isolation and Linked Households) (England) Regulations 2020 and come into force on the commencement date.

These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

(3)

In these Regulations—

“commencement date” means 14th December 2020;

“Self-Isolation Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Self-Isolation) (England) Regulations 2020;

“All Tiers Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020.
