The Animal Welfare (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—
(a)
in paragraph (3)—
(i)
“to the end, substitute—

omit sub-paragraphs (d), (e) and (f);
(b)
omit paragraphs (20) to (22), (28)(b) and (29);
(c)
in paragraph (30), for “Articles 24 and 25” substitute “
