Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2007 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the lists of animals, products of animal origin, germinal products, animal by-products and derived products and hay and straw subject to official controls at border control posts is amended as follows.

In the words following Article 5, omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.”.
