Where an applicant for planning permission or a subsequent application has commenced the publicity of an environmental statement to be submitted after the application under regulation 20(12) of the 2017 Regulations before the end of 30th June 2021, regulation 10 of these Regulations continues to have effect in relation to that environmental statement as if it had not expired.
