Amendment to regulation 3 of the principal Regulations2.

In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations, after paragraph (10), insert—

“(10A)

Paragraph (10) does not apply in relation to a person who has, at any time in the period beginning with the 14th day before the date of their arrival in England, departed from or transited through Denmark.”.
