Regulation 3

The following areas are excluded from the Tier 1 area—

  • Tier 2 area

    The area that is the Tier 2 area for the purposes of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Local COVID-19 Alert Level) (High) (England) Regulations 2020 (see Schedule 2 to those Regulations).

  • Tier 3 area

    The area that is the Tier 3 area for the purposes of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Local COVID-19 Alert Level) (Very High) (England) Regulations 2020 (see Schedule 2 to those Regulations).
