The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (North of England) Regulations 2020 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 2(1) (meaning of “the protected area” in Part 2)—
(a)
after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)
the area of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council;”;
(b)
omit—
(i)
sub-paragraph (i);
(ii)
sub-paragraph (l);
(iii)
sub-paragraph (o);
(iv)
sub-paragraph (x);
(v)
sub-paragraph (z);
(vi)
sub-paragraph (z4);
(vii)
sub-paragraph (z7).
