Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2020.

These Regulations come into force at 5:00 a.m. on 24th September 2020, save as provided for in paragraph (3).

(3)

Regulation 2(4)(a)(ii), (iii) and (iv) and (b) comes into force on 28th September 2020.
