In the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (North of England) Regulations 2020—

(a)

in regulation 7A—

(i)

omit paragraph (1)(b);

(ii)

in paragraph (6) omit “or the area of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council (as the case may be)” in both places it appears;

(b)

in regulation 10(9), after sub-paragraph (h), insert—

“(i)

the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (North East of England) Regulations 2020.”.
