Explanatory note

Citation and interpretation1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No.3, Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions and Amendment) Order 2012.

In this Order—

“the Act” means the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

“the 2006 Act” means the National Health Service Act 20063;
“the Second Commencement Order” means the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions) Order 20124.
