26Temporary restriction on initiating arbitration proceedings

(1)

The tenant or the landlord under a business tenancy may not initiate arbitration proceedings (other than an arbitration under Part 2) in relation to a protected rent debt during the moratorium period for the debt, unless the other party agrees.

(2)

In this section “the moratorium period” has the meaning given by section 23(2).
