38Reports under Part 4
Where under this Part the CMA publishes (or arranges for the publication of) a report it may exclude from the report—
(a)
any information the disclosure of which the CMA thinks is contrary to the public interest;
(b)
commercial information the disclosure of which the CMA thinks might significantly harm the legitimate business interests of any person;
(c)
information relating to the private affairs of an individual the disclosure of which the CMA thinks might significantly harm the individual’s interests.
