Explanatory note

Savings provision13.

(1)

Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the amendments made by these Regulations do not apply in relation to any person who arrived in Scotland before 4.00 a.m. on 7 January 2022, and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 continue to apply to such persons as if the amendments made by these Regulations had not been made.

The amendments made by regulations 6, 7 and 10 do not apply in relation to any person who arrived in Scotland before 4.00 a.m. on 9 January 2022, and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 continue to apply to such persons as if regulations 6, 7 and 10 had not been made.

The amendments made by regulation 11 do not apply in relation to any person who arrived in Scotland before 4.00 a.m. on 10 January 2022, and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 continue to apply to such persons as if regulation 11 had not been made.
