Explanatory note

Amendments to Part 2 (passenger information)4.

(1)

For regulation 4(1) (requirement to provide passenger information) substitute—

“(1)

Subject to regulation 6 (persons not required to comply) this regulation applies to a person (“P”) who is an arrival.”.

(2)

In regulation 5(1) (requirement to update passenger information) for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

an arrival who is—

(i)

not an eligible vaccinated arrival, and

(ii)

not a red list arrival, or”.
