Explanatory note

Amendment of schedule 4: Level 3 restrictions8.

(1)

Schedule 4 (level 3 restrictions) is amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2)

In paragraph 1(3)(f) (requirement to close certain premises) for “professional sport” substitute “training or competing by a professional sportsperson”.

(3)

For paragraph 9(2) (requirement to collect and share information) substitute—

“(2)

Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to a visitor to the premises who is there solely for the purpose of—

(a)

purchasing or collecting food or drink for consumption off the premises, or

(b)

voting in an election.”.
