In regulation 1 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 18) Regulations 20212—

in paragraph (2), for “regulation 8” substitute “the provisions mentioned in paragraphs (3) and (4)”,

(b)

after paragraph (3) insert—

Regulation 7(2), (3), (4)(a)(i), (5)(a)(i) and (6)(a)(i) comes into force on 25 March 2021.”.
