Explanatory note

Citation and commencement1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing etc.) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

With the exception of the regulation mentioned in paragraph (3) these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 26 February 2021.

Regulation 8(b) comes into force at 4.00 a.m. on 25 February 2021.
