Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 13) Regulations 2020.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 28 August 2020.

The following paragraphs of regulation 2 come into force on 31 August 2020—
