Amendments to regulation 33.

For regulation 3(10) (requirement to provide information), substitute—

“(10)

Paragraph (9) does not apply in relation to a person who has arrived in Northern Ireland from any country or territory listed in Schedule 5 or has, within the period beginning with the 14th day before the date of their arrival in Northern Ireland, departed from or transited through any of those countries or territories.”.
