Requirement to possess notification of negative test result7.

In regulation 6(1) (persons to whom regulation 6 applies)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “or”;

(b)

after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(aa)

a non-eligible non-red list arrival.”;

(c)

omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c).
