Amendments to Schedule 43.

In Schedule 4, in Part 2 (Definitions of persons who are exempt, conditions, limitations of exemption and savings), in paragraph 66, after “amber list country” and before “(but not a red list country)” insert “, other than Metropolitan France”.

In paragraphs 66(1)(d), 66(2)(c) and 66(4)(a)(iii) for “has completed a course of an authorised vaccine” substitute “meets the COVID-19 vaccination eligibility criteria for reduced self-isolation and testing requirements”.
