PART 4Final provisions
Commencement30
(1)
The following provisions come into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—
(a)
sections 21 to 27,
(b)
this Part.
(2)
The other provisions of this Act come into operation on such day or days as the Department of Justice may by order appoint.
(3)
An order under this section may contain such transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Department of Justice considers appropriate.
