Accountability of Qualifications Scotland

22Guidance by the Scottish Ministers to Qualifications Scotland

(1)

In addition to having regard to any guidance issued as mentioned in section 8(2) or 9(3)(f)(ii), Qualifications Scotland must also have regard to any other guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers in respect of the exercise of Qualifications Scotland’s functions.

(2)

The Scottish Ministers must publish any guidance issued as mentioned in subsection (1).
