7Guidance on public health measures
(1)
A relevant authority must have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers about protecting public health and ensuring the continuity of education.
(2)
The Scottish Ministers must publish any guidance issued under subsection (1).
(3)
In subsection (1), “relevant authority” has the meaning given by section 6(2).
