11Compliance and enforcement

(1)

Regulations under this Chapter may provide for the carrying out and enforcement of restrictions and requirements imposed by virtue of the regulations.

(2)

A relevant authority must have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers about how to comply with regulations under this Chapter.

(3)

The Scottish Ministers must publish any guidance issued under subsection (2).

(4)

In subsection (2), “relevant authority” has the meaning given by section 6(2).
