PART 2FUNCTIONS OF THE WELSH MINISTERS RELATING TO LOCAL BUS SERVICES

Local bus service permits

13Period for which local bus service permit has effect

(1)

A local bus service permit must specify the period for which it has effect.

(2)

A local bus service permit ceases to have effect—

(a)

with the expiry of the period specified under subsection (1), or

(b)

on its revocation under section 16 before the expiry of that period.

(3)

A local bus service permit that has been suspended under section 16 has no effect during any period for which the suspension has effect.
