Inspection of further education or training etc.
65Surveys and studies
(1)
The Commission may direct the Chief Inspector to carry out—
(a)
a survey of Wales, or of an area within Wales specified in the direction, in respect of matters specified in the direction relating to policy concerned with further education or training;
(b)
a comparative study of the provision made outside Wales in respect of matters specified in the direction relating to further education or training.
(2)
The Chief Inspector may, without being directed to, carry out a survey or study of that kind.
