164Directions under section 48 of the 2013 Act
(1)
Section 48 of the 2013 Act (directions and guidance relating to reviews under Part 3 of that Act) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—
(a)
in paragraph (a) for “(including, where the Commission has made recommendations or proposals to them, further reviews)” substitute “
