Explanatory note

Interpretation2.

In these Regulations—

“basic payment scheme” (“cynllun y taliad sylfaenol”) means the Basic Payment Scheme under the Direct Payments Regulation;

“the Direct Payments Regulation”2 (“y Rheoliad Taliadau Uniongyrchol”) means Regulation (EU) No1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy.
