The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 20127.

(1)

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 20129 is amended as follows.

Omit article 1(4).

(3)

The Order referred to in paragraph (1) has effect as if the amendment in paragraph (2) had not been made so far as the provisions of that Order relate to a development to which sections 19 and 20 do not apply by virtue of section 146 of the 2024 Act.
