The Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Procedure and Interest Rate) (Wales) Regulations 202417.

(1)

The Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Procedure and Interest Rate) (Wales) Regulations 202419 are amended as follows.

(2)

In Schedule 4, omit paragraphs 11 to 13 and their headings.

(3)

The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) have effect as if the amendment in paragraph (2) had not been made so far as the provisions of those Regulations relate to a development to which sections 19 and 20 do not apply by virtue of section 146 of the 2024 Act.
