The Electricity (Offshore Generating Stations) (Applications for Consent) (Wales) Regulations 201916 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1), after the definition of “application” (“cais”), insert—
““infrastructure consent development” (“datblygiad cydsyniad seilwaith”) means any development in respect of which an applicant is applying for consent in accordance with the provisions of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024;”.
(3)
In regulation 3—
(a)
omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (a);
(b)
after paragraph (b), insert—
“; and
(c)
any infrastructure consent development will be situated.”
